Our collaboration with the Marisabel Caballero and Moises Herrera family has been going on for over a decade – a partnership based on trust, sustainability, and a shared passion for specialty coffee.

Our coffee explorer Yordan Dabov , who visits the farm almost annually, discovered in them not only producers of impeccable quality, but also visionaries who, with their innovative fermentation and drying methods, are changing perceptions of the taste possibilities of coffee.

Finca El Puente has won numerous international awards, including prestigious places in  the Cup of Excellence , and their varieties offer exceptional complexity, depth, and variety of flavors that inspire us to share them with you every year.

These specialty coffee beans from Honduras are sourced from Finca El Puente, a family-run farm in Chinacla, renowned for its high-quality Arabica coffee. The farm is cared for by Marisabel Caballero, a fourth-generation coffee farmer, and her husband Moises Herrera, who have been nurturing these beans since 1996 with dedication, experience, and love. The region’s fertile soils, optimal altitude, and favorable climate create the perfect environment for growing premium coffee beans with unique and complex flavors.
