At Dabov Specialty Coffee, we believe that the future of coffee is green – and not just in the cup. That’s why we’ve been working sustainably for over 15 years, with the environment, farmers and community in mind. From farm to cup, every step is carefully chosen to leave a minimal footprint on nature and a maximum positive impact on taste.

 Responsible delivery

We select partners who share our values. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives who practice sustainable agriculture – without harmful chemicals and with care for the soil and water. We choose transportation methods that reduce our carbon footprint, including groupage and ocean freight when possible.

Energy-efficient baking

Our bakery is equipped with highly efficient machines that reduce energy consumption. We optimize roasting to express the best of each coffee, without compromising on sustainability. We plan the production process to minimize waste and energy costs.

 Packaging with thought

Our packaging not only preserves the freshness of the coffee, but is also environmentally friendly:

  • Coffee bags – made from recyclable or compostable materials.
  • Biodegradable capsules – made from plant-based raw materials that break down without polluting.
  • Minimizing plastic – we are switching to paper and reusable solutions where possible.
  • Product labels – printed with water-based inks on durable media.

 Small actions with big impact

  • We recycle all possible waste in our production and facilities.
  • We encourage the reuse of coffee bags and cans in our locations.
  • We are working on a program for "coffee grounds reuse" - reuse of coffee grounds for composting and fertilization.
  • We invest in educating our team and community about sustainable practices.
