1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the Buyer before shipment.
Cancellation requests must be sent to info@dabov.com.tr

After the order is shipped, cancellation requests fall under the return procedure.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days following delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened, tasted, used or unsealed coffee and food products

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Products past their expiration date

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products that have lost their resalable condition

Food products cannot be returned once the original packaging is opened.

4. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To request a return:

  1. A written notice must be sent to info@dabov.com.tr

  2. The product must be shipped via the carrier designated by the Seller.

  3. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

5. Refund Process

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 14 days.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are evaluated according to applicable consumer legislation.
If the product is returned due to the Buyer’s fault (wrong address, failure to receive delivery, etc.), shipping fees may be charged to the Buyer.

7. Defective / Damaged Products

  • If damage is detected during delivery, a damage report must be issued with the courier.

  • If no report is issued, responsibility may shift to the Buyer.

  • For defective products, shipping charges are covered by the Seller.
