This contract is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation of Türkiye.
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Contract is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer who purchases products via https://www.dabov.com.tr
.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer.
3. Product Details
The type, quantity, model, unit price, subtotal and total price including taxes are displayed at checkout.
4. Payment Terms
Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or other available online payment methods.
If payment is not approved, the order will not be processed.
5. Delivery Conditions

Orders are shipped within 7 business days after payment approval.

Delivery is carried out by cargo companies operating in Türkiye.

Delivery times depend on regional distance, courier traffic and weather conditions.
Shipping fees are shown during checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days following the delivery of the product without giving any reason.

Opened, tasted or used coffee or food products

Customized or personalized items

Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Products with expired shelf life
7. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer must notify the Seller by e-mail (info@dabov.com.tr
).
Returned products must:

Be unused,
-
Be intact with original packaging,
-
Preserve resalable condition.
Returns should be made via the carrier company directed by the Seller.
8. Refund Process
The product price is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received.
Shipping fee refunds are made according to applicable consumer regulations.
9. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product is delivered damaged, a report must be issued with the courier at the time of delivery.
Failure to do so may transfer responsibility to the Buyer.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation.
If unresolved, the matter is subject to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye.
11. Enforcement
By completing the purchase, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
