1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment approval.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 7 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary during campaign periods or high-volume seasons.

  • Shipments are made via cargo companies operating within Türkiye.

3. Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and collected with customer approval.
Free-shipping promotions may apply depending on order value (if applicable, displayed on the website).

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.

  • If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address, the courier company applies its redelivery procedure.

  • Failed deliveries due to the Buyer’s absence fall under the Buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the tracking number is sent to the Buyer via email or SMS.

6. Damaged / Missing Deliveries

If the Buyer notices any damage (crushing, tearing, package opening, etc.) upon delivery, a damage report must be issued with the courier.
If no report is issued, the Seller may not accept responsibility.

7. Non-Deliverable Locations

If the courier company cannot deliver to the Buyer’s region, alternative delivery methods may be offered, or the order may be cancelled with a full refund.

8. International Shipping

Currently, delivery is limited to Türkiye only.
