In the coffees by DABOV collection, we decided to present one typical taste coming from each of the producing countries. Therefore, relying on the rich tasting experience of our coffee finder Yordan Dabov, we selected a typical Colombian taste for our Colombia by Dabov coffee. In other words, by trying this coffee, you will immerse yourself in the tastes of Colombian coffees – as you imagine them – warm, chocolatey and soft, with a coffee flavor.

Where does it come from:

The coffee comes from the “Santa Mónica” farm, located in the beautiful Armenia region, Quindio department in Colombia. The plantations are at an altitude of 1450 to 1500 meters, which contributes to the delicate acidity of the coffee. The area is one of the most favorable for growing specialty coffee due to the volcanic soils, the temperate climate with temperatures between 18 and 28°C and annual rainfall of 1800 to 2000 mm.

Jairo Arcila is deeply committed to environmentally sustainable practices on his farm, as well as the implementation of innovative methods for processing coffee cherries.

How to prepare it?

We recommend making your coffee in a coffee maker, espresso maker, or cezve. You will enjoy a full body, rich flavor, and long-lasting sweetness.

The coffee, grown by farmer Jairo Arcila, represents the best of the Colombian terroir. The taste
